Warranty Info

If within one year from the date you purchased one of our products, this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Vibelix will repair or replace your product, or any necessary components, free of charge.

This warranty excludes

1.   Damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, or transport;
2.   Units subjected to unauthorized repair;
3.   Units not used in accordance with Vibz care instructions;
4.   Damage exceeding the cost of the product;
5.   Deterioration of the delivered product resulting from abnormal storage and/or safeguarding conditions on the client’s premises, and
6.   Failure to provide the dated proof of purchase.
7.   Products purchased from an unauthorized retailer.
